Comprehensive institutional disclosures governing public access, paid subscription tiers ($99/mo to Custom Institutional Mandates), algorithmic execution models, hypothetical backtests, proprietary data compilation, and alternative telemetry feeds provided by Agape Quantitative.
All factor scores, quantitative asset rankings, asymmetric expectancies, and volatility parameters presented across the Azimuth Portal are mathematical research outputs derived from closed-form equations, deterministic factor regressions, and empirical telemetry models.
Azimuth Portal publishes objective mathematical computations strictly for impersonal research and educational evaluation. Factor outputs, ranking matrices, and algorithmic parameters do not constitute trade solicitations, automated brokerage executions, or personalized investment recommendations.
Absence of Actual Account Representation & Hypothetical Performance Standards (SEC Rule 206(4)-1 Framework): All statistical metrics, strategy backtest curves, Sharpe/Sortino ratios, and stress simulations presented across the portal are computational, hypothetical, and theoretical models. These results do not represent actual trading in live brokerage accounts, and no representation is made that Azimuth or its principals trade client or proprietary capital according to all displayed signal iterations. Hypothetical, backtested, and simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike actual performance records, simulated results do not represent actual trading and are prepared with the benefit of hindsight. Furthermore, hypothetical simulations do not involve financial risk and cannot completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading (including market liquidity constraints, execution slippage, broker borrowing fees, or the psychological difficulty of adhering to a disciplined quantitative strategy during severe market drawdowns). No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
Agape Quantitative is an independent financial technology publisher and research software organization. Agape Quantitative is not a registered investment adviser (RIA), broker-dealer, commodity pool operator (CPO), or commodity trading advisor (CTA) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), FINRA, or any state securities regulatory authority.
Under the Publisher's Exemption codified in Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and established by the U.S. Supreme Court in Lowe v. SEC, 472 U.S. 181 (1985), Agape Quantitative publishes impersonal, regular, and bona fide quantitative research, market telemetry, mathematical stress matrices, and factor indicators.
No Personalized Financial Advice: None of the telemetry, bracket execution matrices, price targets, volatility stops, or indicators published on this platform constitute personalized investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice. Content is not customized or tailored to the financial circumstances, investment objectives, or risk tolerance of any individual subscriber. No communication from Agape Quantitative shall be construed as a solicitation, endorsement, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, option, or derivative contract.
Zero Custody, Zero Discretionary Trading Authority & No API Key Storage: Agape Quantitative does not possess, transmit, request, or store subscriber brokerage API keys, trading tokens, or account passwords. The platform exercises zero discretionary trading authority, holds zero client funds or securities, and does not route, execute, or manage brokerage orders. All calculations, model allocations, and order syntax templates are generated strictly client-side on the subscriber's local hardware for self-directed evaluation.
The interactive mathematical share-sizing utility, objective model selectors, and simulation sandboxes provided across the Azimuth Portal function strictly as self-directed, objective arithmetic calculation utilities and educational decision-support tools for subscribers' independent planning and evaluation.
Trading equities, options, futures, leveraged exchange-traded products, foreign exchange, and complex derivative instruments involves substantial risk of severe financial loss and is not suitable for all investors. Investors may lose all or more than their initial capital deposited. Margin and derivative trading carry heightened leverage risks that can rapidly amplify losses.
Subscribers are solely responsible for conducting their own independent financial, legal, and operational due diligence and consulting with a licensed registered investment adviser, certified financial planner, or registered broker before entering into any transaction in capital markets.
The performance comparisons, Sharpe ratios, strategy parity scores, and competitive metrics displayed in the Institutional Peer League Standings (referencing institutions such as Citadel Securities, Renaissance Technologies, Bridgewater Associates, Universa Investments, Millennium Management, Point72, Two Sigma, and AQR Capital) are hypothetical computational estimates derived from publicly accessible regulatory filings (including SEC Form ADV and Form 13F), academic publications, and industry news releases.
No Access to Non-Public Records & Non-Affiliation: Agape Quantitative does not possess access to the private order books, proprietary execution logs, or audited accounting records of these third-party institutions. Agape Quantitative is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any of the named funds or market-making entities.
No Independent Audit (GIPS®): The theoretical models and backtested records displayed on this site have not been audited or verified by an independent certified public accounting firm (CPA) and are not presented in accordance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®) sponsored by the CFA Institute.
Agape Quantitative compiles, filters, enriches, and mathematically transforms publicly available physical, governmental, and broadcast data streams into proprietary quantitative market intelligence. The underlying data sources include:
Government Non-Affiliation Notice: Agape Quantitative is an independent research entity and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by West Coast Logistics Data, the State of California, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the International Maritime Organization (IMO), the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Department of Defense, or the SEC.
Proprietary Value-Add Compilation (17 U.S.C. § 103): Under the U.S. Copyright Act and the doctrine of Feist Publications, Inc. v. Rural Telephone Service Co., raw public governmental records are uncopyrightable. However, Agape Quantitative’s unique selection, spatial corridor coordination, rolling Z-score anomaly modeling, velocity ratios, equity ticker attribution cross-mapping, and derivative scoring algorithms constitute proprietary trade secrets and copyrightable compilation works belonging exclusively to Agape Quantitative.
Agape Quantitative strictly adheres to unambiguous, factual data reporting standards across all platform modules and subscription tiers:
Real-world alternative datasets depend upon physical inductive loop sensors, terrestrial radio receivers, and satellite transponders operated by third-party entities. These physical devices are subject to atmospheric interference, marine VHF dead zones, radar shadow, government maintenance outages, calibration drift, and reporting latencies.
ALL TELEMETRY, DATA DOWNLOADS, REAL-TIME STREAMS, AND COMPUTATIONAL SIGNALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UPTIME CONTINUITY, OR ACCURACY.
By subscribing to any paid tier (Tier 1 Motus at $99/month, Tier 2 Ratio at $249/month, or Tier 3 Chaosque at $599/month), you authorize recurring automatic billing to your designated payment method on a monthly or annual billing cycle until cancelled.
Pre-Launch Status of Tier 4 (Apex Ordinatus): Tier 4 Ordinatus is currently in pre-launch development and is NOT offered for commercial purchase, active subscription, or recurring automated billing. Because bespoke advisory overlays and custom mandates require an approved registered investment adviser license, Tier 4 access is strictly limited to an informational waitlist / list of interest pending approval of Agape Quantitative's California RIA Form ADV registration.
Strict No-Refund Policy on Delivered Digital Telemetry: Because subscribers obtain immediate, irrevocable access to downloadable CSV telemetry files, proprietary bracket entry matrices, real-time factor signals, and quantitative algorithms upon checkout, ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES, DATA PASSES, AND ALLOCATION MANDATES ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. No partial, pro-rata, or retrospective refunds will be granted under any circumstance once account activation or data download has occurred.
Cancellation Procedure: Subscribers may cancel recurring renewal at any time through their member portal settings or by submitting written notice to allocations@agape.azlyhome.com at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the next scheduled renewal billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the paid billing period.
Subscription access grants an individual, single-seat, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Agape Quantitative platform for the subscriber’s internal personal or organizational analytical evaluation only.
Strictly Prohibited Conduct: (i) Sharing account credentials, passkeys, or download URLs with non-subscribing third parties; (ii) automated web-scraping, robotic extraction, or API reverse-engineering; (iii) re-broadcasting, publishing, or syndicating Agape signals, price brackets, or freight matrices across public websites, Discord, Telegram, or social media networks; (iv) incorporating Agape data into public indices or commercial data products without an executed Enterprise Multi-Seat Master Services Agreement.
Any unauthorized redistribution constitutes copyright infringement, breach of contract, and theft of trade secrets, resulting in instantaneous license termination with forfeiture of all subscription funds and exposure to statutory damages.
These terms and all subscription transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this platform, its telemetry, or subscription billing shall be settled exclusively through confidential, binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Subscribers waive any right to participate in class-action litigation or class-wide arbitration against Agape Quantitative.
